Alessandro Mannarino is one of those so-called Italian musicians storyteller. In his city, Rome, was inspired to tell the tragicomic stories of the thousand faces of the capital and its people, mixing in the texts, the Italian and Roman. The songs range from folk Mannarino with influences from Balkan music, Brazilian and African. After their debut album, Bar of Anger, Mannarino is ready to propose to his many fans the next album (out March 15) entitled Supersantos (Leave Ltd.).
The ALMAMEGRETTA celebrate this year, the twentieth anniversary of the birth of the band with an epic tour, the ALMAMEGRETTA RAIZ AND REUNION TOUR fact that captive-concert events. The tour will also Roma (festival, Rock in Rome 2011). A gift for all fans is the reunion with Raiz. The concert in Rome will be a performance that will tell many of the actors who have contributed through the years to create the myth of the founder members of staff in many of these years, meeting once again to recreate the magic that made the shows Almamegretta something unique and unrepeatable in recent musical history of this country.
MOBY waiting to leave with his long tour, an important date is approaching for Moby. On 17 May, in fact, released a new album of electronic producer in New York titled "Destroyed." The album of the singer will be accompanied by a book, published by Damiani, with 128 pages including 55 photographs taken around the world from Moby himself. Manufactured by Moby and mixed by Ken Thomas, who collaborated with David Bowie, Queen, Sigur Ros and M83, "Destroyed" was recorded using vintage analog equipment and mixed at Abbey Road Studios in London. The live concert in Rome is part of the rock festival, in the same evening a very special guest DJ set after the concert in the magnificent setting of Rome in Rock Village.
