The vending in the developmental age:
educational opportunities or inconvenient truth?

Learning to eat is a right and duty of everyone. Poor eating habits can lead to the most variety of disorders, which inevitably end up damaging our physical relationship with food and, last but not least, our "pockets". Every day we witness the emergence of new dietary fads and trends and we are increasingly besieged by offers compelling food anyway. The term indicates the vending vending. The products are delivered in as much hot drinks and cold beverages, but in recent years the product range is even wider today and snack vending machines offer snacks and packaged products (stored under modified atmosphere) as sandwiches, cakes, fresh fruit, etc.; vending strategy is also to "rip" market share to traditional meals (restaurants, canteens) through distribution of ready meals, both before and main courses, working with both chilled and frozen products brought to serving temperature by microwaves inside the distributor. Giustopeso Italy, non-profit nutrition education organization, also proposes to use ATMs as a means of nutritional education in order to "manage" in a conscious way even this modern and varied food supply. Fundamental, as always, is to learn to eat.
